For instance, he was a Scout Leader for thirty-some years, which involved a lot of teaching and mentoring. It is the reward of being able to help others, spend time with people, and seeing them grow and get better at whatever they are doing. In fact, sometimes that is more rewarding than a monetary reward, or any other financial aspect like getting rich.
