Publication of his research, training, development, and management of the first hazardous materials large scale exercise for the Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration (EPA); As a senior scientist he provided risk assessment and risk management services worldwide including PEMEX refineries in Modero and Cadereyta, Mexico, multiple petrochemical plants, steel mills, pipeline right-a-ways, the Piarco International Airport in Trinidad, the island’s power plant on Nevis, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 15 SABIC heavy industries and petrochemical plants located in Al Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Yanbu, nuclear power plant emergency planning in Krsko, Yugoslavia (now Slovenia) and nuclear power plant crises emergency planning in Matsui, Japan; Supervised (until the space shuttle Challenger exploded), the treatment of the launch suppression water from the NASA space shuttle.
