She has held leadership roles in top companies and successfully led her teams to record high sales revenue. She is highly respected among her peers as an outstanding manager that coached and developed the people around her so they may excel in their career. Ms Newman is always looking for opportunities to give back to her community. She part sponsored and led a project to refurbished the church she is a member of and grew up attending in her community. She was a community leader working with her area’s political representative in Parliament; She has always been involved in community development projects, including scholarship programs; She created a tertiary scholarship program in Jamaica to ensure the involvement and commitment of the company she was working for to the community in which it operates. She has personally financed tuition fees for a number of persons along her journey. She takes the time to volunteers at her daughter’s schools in the U.S. and Jamaica.
