In doing those episodes it allows him to have the opportunity to share with the citizens as well as find out their thoughts and how appreciative that they are. In fact, he has three pieces of thought, the first is that you listen to them, the second is that you learn, and the third would be to lead them. But if you don’t listen and learn you can’t properly lead them.
