His investigation helped to prosecute corrupt police officers, fight against human rights violation, protect women (harassment or sexual assault by jailers on the wives of prisoners and by senior police officers on young women applicants to the National Police Academy of Haiti) and freed wrongfully held prisoners (counter-investigation proving the innocence of young people unjustly imprisoned for the assassination in Cap-Haitien of a French policeman member of the United Nations Police). He contributed actively by assisting the United Nations Police (UNPOL) and the Haitian Police (PNH) in a joint team to stop the most famous gang of kidnappers and organized crime led by the dangerous Willy Etienne, in the Northern part of Haiti. His work has contributed in stimulating the Haitian government to adopt a law against human trafficking in 2014.
