She is most proud of developing REST (Release Emotional Stress and Tension). It take she healing aspect to another level and everyone who takes this course is in complete amazement as to how it helps them in their personal life, and at the practitioner. 10 years ago started working with special needs people and that is all she does every Thursday. It has been a huge bonus in her life for helping her understand people because they cannot talk to you, so you have to pay attention to what the body is telling you, which has become a major advocate for. Other than that she loves teaching and imparting information. She teaches nutrition and reflexology (teaching since 1972).
